Bayard Rivers, 74, of Bogota passed away on August 26, 2018. Born in Guayaquil, Ecuador he was a retired Postal Clerk for the US Postal Service in Jersey City. He was a veteran of the US Air Force. Devoted husband of Kathleen Rivers. Beloved father of Billy Jean Albolino and Beau Rivers. Loving grandfather of Evan, Olivia and Gunnar. Dear brother of George, Raymond, Vinny and Sophia. Visiting at Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Ave., Bogota on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM with a funeral service at 8:30 PM. Cremation will be private.
