Cataldo Maggiulli 94 of Bogota passed away peacefully on October 14, 2017. Born in Corato, Italy he served in the Italian Army during World War 2 before coming to the US in 1952. He was a parishioner of St. Joseph's RC Church and a member of the Seniors, both in Bogota. He loved his family and his garden. Beloved husband of the late Laura nee Strippoli. Devoted father of Robert and wife Maria and Louis and wife Cheri. Dear brother of Maria Grace and Alberto. Loving grandfather of Nicole Maggiulli Ahr, Tessa, Katrina, Joseph and Robert Maggiulli and great father of Oliver and Emmet Ahr. The funeral will leave Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Avenue, Bogota Wednesday morning at 9 for the funeral Mass at St. Joseph's RC Church at 9:30. Entombment Fairview Mausoleum, Visiting Tuesday 4-8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Bogota Seniors, c/o 375 Larch Avenue, Bogota, NJ 07603 would appreciated.
