Chaz Frank Bellina Jr., 34, passed away on July 3, 2018 in Palm Harbor, Florida. He was born March 8,1984, to Charles Frank Bellina and Nancy Raulet Bellina in Ridgewood, NJ. He was a disabled U.S Army veteran. He severed in the Iraq War 2009-2010. His service dog Diesel was his best buddy. He loved his son Dante with all his heart. He was an amazing big brother and son. He is survived by his mother Nancy Bellina, sisters Jessica Bellina, Dana Bellina Green, brother Christopher Bellina. Son, Dante Bellina,. former wife Lisa Bellina,. 4 nephews Brandon, Dylan, Ryan and Logan Green. As well as 4 cousins Stephanie Bellina, Jennifer Bellina Perrotta, Allyson Raulet Barnhart and Patrick Raulet and many other loving relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his father Charles Frank Bellina. A wake will be held at Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Avenue, Bogota, NJ on Monday, July 9, from 3-9pm. The family wishes to keep funeral and interment proceedings private.
