Eilish M Loughran

Eilish Marie Loughran was Born November 12th, 1950 and passed away on February 1, 2021. She was the thirteenth of 15 children of Alice and Patrick Donaghy, in Carrickmore, Co. Tyrone, Ireland. Eilish called Bergen County, NJ home for 44 years.

Eilish is survived by son Eamon Loughran, wife Tina Loughran and their two children Elias an Vivi; daughter Jacqueline Wilt, husband George Wilt and their daughter Abigail Wilt; son Michael John Loughran, wife Jennifer Loughran, and their daughters Serafina and Eilish; Son Gerald Loughran and his fiance Walt Wade. She was married to Michael John Loughran Sr., for 23 years they had 4 children together.

Eilish was predeceased by two of her sweet grandchildren, Sylvia Bella and Finnegan Adrian, both who sadly passed before the age of two years.

One of 15 amazing children, Eilish is survived by brothers and sisters, Mary, Jim, Kieran, Eileen, Pat, Phil, Teresa, Celestine, Collette, and Gerald. She was predeceased by Nora, Bella, Peggy, and Michael.

Eilish was a Mother, Granny, Aunt, Godmother, and “Second Mommy” to many.  She was the Co-Founder and President of Commodore Construction Corp. in Mount Vernon, NY and was a force to be reckoned with.  She always showed up for her family and friends, and you knew you could count on her in times of need. Smart, outspoken, witty, bright, generous, loving, genuine, caring, impactful, and sadly she was taken away too soon due to complications from surgery.  May She Rest in Eternal Peace until we can all be together.

Visitation services will be held Monday February 8th from 2pm - 4pm, and again from 7pm - 9pm.
