Eleanor C. Fowler

Eleanor Fowler  77 of Ridgefield Park formerly of Bogota passed away April 3, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Jerome F Fowler. Devoted mother to her children, Jerome II( wife Bettina), Michael (wife Candace) and Walter( wife Stacy). Best Nana ever to Shannon & Erin, Michael Andrew & Daniel, and Emma & Ryan. Eleanor lived almost all her life in Bogota NJ. She was a life member of the Bogota VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She was very active in many other organizations in town and was always first in line to volunteer and help out. Eleanor and Jerry retired to Citrus Springs Florida in 2008 to be closer Eleanor’s sister Margaret Albrecht and her family. She continued to volunteer in Florida where she was the president of the Citrus Springs Civic Association. Eleanor moved back to NJ after Jerry passed in 2018 to be closer to her family and friends. Eleanor will be missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. You could not have met a better person with a bigger heart. Eleanor lived life to the fullest, she always had a smile on her face and greeted everyone with open arms. She certainly had “ the time of her life.” Rest in Peace
