John Koppinger

John Koppinger 77 of French Creek West Virginia, formerly of Ridgefield Park, passed away January 17, 2018. Before retiring he was a Union City, NJ police officer. An Army veteran of the Vietnam War he was a life member of the NRA, FOP, PBA and VFW. Beloved husband of the late Barbara. Devoted father of Johnny, Lisa, Lauren, James Thomas, Richard and Robyn Nespolini, William, Fred and Barbara Ann Orologio. Dear brother of Dennis and Ron. Also survived by his many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren. The funeral will leave Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Avenue, Bogota, Thursday morning at 11, for the interment at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus at 11:30. Visiting Wednesday 6-9pm.
