John P. Lafond

John ”Grumpy” LaFond of Bogota, NJ, age 80, passed away on Monday November 2nd, 2020. Born in upstate New York, in Warrensburg, son of the late Louise and Claire LaFond, and proud son-in-law of Frank and Frances Birch, of Fort Lee, NJ. John is survived by his wife of 51 years, Therese LaFond, his 14 children & 11 in-laws, 46 (and growing) grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.

Funeral mass will be held Friday, 10am, at St. Joseph’s Roman CatholIc Church, Bogota, NJ. Internment will follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ.
