Joseph (Jojo) Philip Birney, 9, of Bogota received his angels wings on October 16, 2018. Cherished son of Carmel Birney (nee Brennan) and Joseph Birney. Beloved twin brother of Dominic Birney. Beloved grandson of the late Carmel and Philip Brennan and the late Michael and Rachel Birney. Loving nephew of Karl and Jennifer Brennan, Michael and Maria Brennan, MaryAnn and Mark Montalbano, Jean and Ali Rezik, Mick and Elizabeth Birney, James and Ina Birney, Kathleen and William Dalton, Mary Birney and Rita Kinsella. His cousins and family in America, Ireland and England and all Doctors, nurses, teachers, aides and others that have assisted with Joseph’s care. Visiting at Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Ave., Bogota on Friday, October 19, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. All will meet at the funeral home on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at 8:30 AM for the Funeral Mass at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Bogota at 9:30 AM. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, N. Arlington.
