Marion F. (Fuchs) Glowaski

Marion F. Glowaski nee Fuchs 97 (four days short of 98) of Palm Harbor, FL formerly of Bogota, NJ and Hollywood, FL, peacefully passed away on May 22, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Eli J. Glowaski. Devoted mother of Barbara Glowaski. Dear sister of the late Edward Fuchs and loving daughter of the late Adolph and Mary Fuchs. Also survived by her niece, nephews and grandniece; Nancy San George (Edward), Gary and Thomas Fuchs and her grand nephews; Ryan (Elaine) and Eric San George, Christopher and Alex Fuchs and Claire San George. She is also survived by her grandcat Squeakie. Marion was in banking in Bogota and Hollywood until her retirement in 1979 as one of the first woman Vice Presidents in South Florida. Mom was very much a professional woman, she lived her life for her husband and family. Ever the big sister, she loved and cared for everyone around her. While always the one in charge, she did it with love, acceptance, generosity and patience. She adored being Auntie Nana to her nephews and looked forward to meeting and loving her newly born grandniece.  The family will receive their friends at Petrik Funeral Home, 140 Palisade Avenue, Bogota on Friday, May 25 from 9:30 – 10:30 am. Funeral Mass at St. Joseph's RC Church, Bogota at 11:00 am. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery, Hackensack.
