Mary J (Cawley) Devins

Mary J. Devins (nee Cawley) 88 of Bogota, passed away on March 17, 2018. Born in County Mayo, Ireland, she came to the US in 1954. She was a long time member of the Bergen Irish Association and a parishioner of St. Joseph’s RC Church, Bogota, since 1965, where she was active in the Padre Pio Group. Beloved wife of the late James J. Devins. Devoted mother of James, Jr. (Silvana), Kathryn Tracey (Noel) and Michael (Liz). She was predeceased by her 4 dear siblings, James, Bridie, Michael and Anne. Loving grandmother of Brendan, Daniel, Kevin and Jack. Also survived by her many loving nieces and nephews. All will meet at St. Joseph’s RC Church, Bogota Saturday morning for the funeral Mass at 9:30. Interment Maryrest Cemetery, Mahwah. Visiting Friday 4-8pm at Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S. Washington Avenue, Bergenfield.
