Rosa E. Fernandez 84, was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico before moving to NY then Bogota NJ. Rosa passed away March 4, 2022 . Before retiring she worked for Holy Name Hospital for 30+ years in hospitality.

Predeceased by her husband Mariano Fernandez Jr. and her son Mariano Fernandez III. Devoted mother of Alejandro and mother in law to his wife Anna and Mariano’s wife Donna. Loved by her sisters Norma Gonzalez and Lucille Lanausse. Predeceased sisters Emma Torres, María Colon. Loved by her niece/ Goddaughter Yvette Torres, Jessica Chenet, Isabel Gonzalez, Mayra Flores, Gilda Aul, Melissa Torres. Loved by her nephews Jackie Flores, Willie Flores, Emilio Garay, Joey DeLeon, Manolo DeLaOsa, Antonio Montanez. Loving grandmother of Alejandro Scott Fernandez and his wife Katy, Alysa Mary Fernandez , Brianna Alexis Fernandez, Daniel Alejandro Fernandez and great grandmother of Sophia Lynn.

The services will be at Petrik Funeral Home March 6, 2022 11am-1pm. Mass will be held at a later date.
