Marilyn F. Kellett

Marilyn Kellett 68, of Hillsdale NJ passed away March 11th 2024.

Devoted mother of Jennifer Carver (husband Michael); Christopher Kellett (wife Erin); Joseph Kellett and Patrick Kellett. Dear sister of Thomas Clossey (wife Karen); Dawn Schwind (husband Jerry). Loving grandmother of Dylan, Killian and Bradley Carver; Sarah and Valerie Kellett; Vito, Michael and Alessandra Piemonte and great grandmother of Dante. Preceded in death by beloved husband Joseph Kellett, with whom she shared a wonderful 32 years of marriage.

Graduating from Westwood High School, class of 1973. 

Finding her profession working as the face of Classic Sanitation Co. for 30 years, then bringing that same joy with her to 10-minute Oil for 8 years as a beloved employee. 

She was a proud Marine wife, assisting with Gooney-bird events and arrangements during Joe’s commandant time. 

She lived for simple joys. Loving her family, watching her grandchildren grow, beautiful flowers, cooking amazing food, and the sights & sounds of the deer and birds that were always outside to greet her. 

Getting up to “steal” a piece of chocolate in the early am hours. You were simply the best.
